We work hard to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

  • Beirut & Surrounding Areas: 1–2 business days

  • All Other Regions: 2–4 business days

  • Orders placed on Sundays or official holidays are processed the following business day.

💵 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary based on your location and will be shown at checkout.

We also offer:

  • Free shipping on orders above 40$

🧾 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message.

  • Our delivery partner will contact you on the day of delivery.

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We proudly offer Cash on Delivery across Lebanon.
Please make sure your phone number and address are entered correctly to avoid delays.

📦 Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts:

  • The order may be returned to us.

  • Additional delivery fees may apply for rescheduling.

  • Repeated failed COD orders may require prepayment for future purchases.

🔄 Out-of-Stock Items

If an item in your order becomes unavailable, our team will contact you to arrange:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • Or store credit
